Right now I am loving all of the vintage looks that are in home decor. Mixing burlap and lots of white is beautiful and really brightens the room. Since I always design my kids birthdays around a theme, I thought it would be fun to decorate a baby room in similar fashion, starting with the announcement. There are no babies on the horizon for me but just thinking up decorating projects makes me happy!
Make sure to use lots of vintage white frames and soft pastel colors. Keep the bedding simple. A burlap or linen ruffle would look great on the crib. Vintage toys and metal buckets for storage fit in nicely. I also love the look of the tissue paper pom poms hung from the ceiling.
